If you join us you’ll partner with the VP of Marketing to adapt and/or build product marketing specific systems and processes all while taking the lead at key strategic initiatives within the company. Key Responsibilities Audience research, ideal customer profile definition and go-to-market strategy. Naming, positioning and messaging for existing and future products and features. Launch and release process in collaboration with the product team Sales & customer success enablement in partnership with others in the marketing team Competitive intelligence Requirements 5+ years in B2B product marketing, at least 2 of them in software sold to SMBs You have experience taking a product from thesis to launch. You’ve worked closely with sales and customer success teams. You’re comfortable with leading multiple work streams in parallel. You’re able to write and build your own materials You don't need to know anything about the laundry business. Seriously. We'll teach you about the industry.
