Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

2nd Shift

We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to check, troubleshoot, and repair advanced manufacturing machines and building systems. You will handle complex electrical, mechanical, and automation problems to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic equipment.
• Diagnose PLC issues and work with ladder logic and text-based control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance on all machinery.
• Read blueprints and interpret complex electronic schematics with minimal help.
• Fix building systems including major facility electrical, construction, and security equipment.
• Repair circuit boards and control panels that run automated manufacturing lines.
• Log all maintenance work clearly in the system for future history records.
• Follow safety standards including all OSHA rules and forklift operation.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting
• Advanced knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repair methods.
• Strong blueprint reading skills for electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Time management skills to prioritize work orders and reduce production downtime.
• Computer skills
