Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift | Full-Time

A-Line Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time night shift opportunity in a long-term care setting. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated healthcare team while earning competitive pay and weekly compensation.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-Time, Night Shift
• Hours: 36–48 hours per week
• Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• Pay Rate: $45.57 per hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Benefits: Available after 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, including:
• Oral and enteral medications
• Injections
• Wound care
• Tracheostomy care
• Catheter care
• Monitor residents' conditions and report responses to medications and treatments
• Participate in shift reports and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Complete admission assessments and assist with MDS care planning
• Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other support staff
• Assist with training and orientation of new employees
• Collect specimens and respond appropriately to emergency situations
• Attend facility meetings, in-service trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives, including AMS programs

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
