• Schedule: 8-hour days, flexible; phone-only call ~1 weekend/month (low volume)
• Job Setting: Academic/community hybrid
• Types of Cases: Complex cases; IMRT/SBRT; 2530 patients/day
• Credentialing: WV license ~3 months; IMLC ~1215 days; Medicare/Medicaid 912 weeks

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board-certified Radiation Oncologist
• Licensure: WV license preferred; IMLC acceptable
