Extension is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Waukesha, WI.About Our ClientGlobal leader in the energy and power generation industryInnovative organization supporting critical infrastructure and remote energy applications worldwideCollaborative, fast-paced environment with exposure to executive leadershipOpportunity to grow into a long-term role with a respected international companyKey Objectives / Role ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to a North American executive leaderManage a complex calendar with heavy meeting volume and changing prioritiesCoordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, passports, visas, and expense reportingServe as a key liaison between executive leadership, internal teams, and external business partnersPrepare executive presentations, reports, correspondence, agendas, and meeting materialsHandle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretionSupport multiple projects and executive initiatives while ensuring deadlines and commitments are metAssist with office management and administrative operations in a dynamic global environmentDesired Skills & Qualifications4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadershipBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience consideredExpert-level Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentSalary Information$45- $50/hourWe're looking forward to connecting with you and helping you take the next step in your career!
