Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a compassionate Residential Regional Manager to supervise a team across multiple group homes in North Carolina. The role focuses on quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. The RM will handle hiring, training, supervision, and compliance, while traveling monthly to homes in the Eastern Region and providing after-hours on-call support as needed.
