A facility  near Big Spring, Texas is seeking a full-time, permanent  Physical Therapist to join their team! Open to new graduates – training provided!

Starting Pay: $41.00+ / hour *Experience factors into pay scale

\n

$5,000 Retention Bonus + $2,500 Relocation Assistance!

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

\n
• Full-time, permanent opportunity
\n
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance up to $40,000
\n
• Flexible day schedule: choose between (5) 8-hour shifts or (4) 10-hour shifts
\n
• Inpatient and Outpatient settings available
\n
• Supportive and experienced therapy leadership and administration team
\n

\n

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Collaborate with physicians to design effective therapy plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs
\n
• Encourage and support patients through customized exercises and the safe use of mobility aids and prosthetic devices
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress
\n
• Adjust therapy strategies as needed to promote the best possible recovery and independence
\n

\n

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Accredited Physical Therapy degree required
\n
• Active or eligible Texas PT license
\n
• Additional certifications (Lymphedema, Neurology, Pelvic Health) are a plus
\n
• Open to new grads with training support available
\n
