Basic math, reading, and computer skills required for order picking, inventory verification, and warehouse operations. Ability to understand work instructions, safety procedures, and shipping documentation. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, distribution center, order picking, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Experience using powered pallet jacks, RF scanners, handheld devices, or inventory management systems is a plus. Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a commitment to order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse safety procedures. Dependable, organized, and able to meet productivity goals while maintaining quality standards. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 100 pounds. Frequent walking and continuous standing throughout the shift. Ability to bend, kneel, climb, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in a physically demanding environment. Must have near, far, and peripheral vision sufficient for warehouse operations and material handling. Job Duties Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately using pick sheets, RF scanners, or handheld warehouse technology. Verify product quantities and specifications to ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time shipping. Replenish inventory, maintain stock levels, and organize warehouse locations for efficient operations. Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to maintain accurate records. Transport completed orders to shipping and staging areas using approved material handling equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following OSHA and company safety standards. Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and other warehouse functions as assigned by management.
