Title Abstractor

Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Title Abstractor to conduct title research and prepare accurate property title reports. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working specifically as a Title Abstractor and a strong understanding of real estate records and title processes. Responsibilities Perform title searches using public records and online databases. Review deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and other property records. Prepare accurate title reports and identify title issues. Verify ownership history and legal descriptions. Communicate findings to internal teams and clients. Maintain organized and accurate documentation while meeting deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience as a Title Abstractor is required. Strong knowledge of title research, public records, and real estate transactions. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and title software is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Salary range is disclosed in the job posting.
