RN Weekend ER-HK-FT-Shift 1

Overview Maintains established standards of care, policies, objective, and goals in administering professional nursing care to all patients needing Emergency Services. Qualifications Education/Licensure/Certifications Current Alabama RN license or a current RN multi-state license Experience Prior critical care or emergency room experience preferred. Additional Skills/Abilities Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly. Must have knowledge of all equipment and materials required for procedures described in the Emergency Care Center Policy/Procedure Manual and Nursing Service Procedure Manual. BCLS, ACLS, PALS and department specific competencies must be maintained. TNCC is preferred. BLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
