The Opportunity As Restaurant Manager, you'll be a key leader in our overall operations, ensuring every guest experience reflects our high standards of quality, authenticity, and legendary service. You'll oversee both front and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where BBQ excellence and hospitality are the standard.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service execution across all areas
- Manage and mentor both FOH and BOH staff, fostering a positive and productive team culture
- Maintain our commitment to scratch cooking, BBQ traditions, and exceptional guest service
- Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and service standards are upheld at all times
- Manage inventory, ordering, labor costs, and operational cost controls
- Oversee the guest experience from arrival to departure, handling concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Collaborate with leadership on menu execution, special events, and promotional activities
- Train and develop team members on proper techniques, recipes, and service standards
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement cost-saving and revenue-driving measures
- Handle high-volume service periods with efficiency and composure across all departments
- Manage scheduling, hiring, and performance management for restaurant staff
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in restaurant management or a similar leadership role in high-volume restaurants
- Knowledge of and appreciation for authentic BBQ and Southern cuisine
- Experience managing both FOH and BOH operations
- Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire diverse restaurant teams
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Dedication to maintaining high food quality, service, and safety standards
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Quick-thinking problem-solver who handles challenges effectively
