Warehouse Associate Loader

Loaders are Ollie's Associates working in the Outbound department of the Distribution Center. Loaders are primarily responsible for the safe & accurate loading of all Ollie's trucks.

Responsibilities:

• Loading of all Ollie's trucks either manually or using Material Handling Equipment
• Ensure product is loaded properly and accurately for safe transport to stores
• Ensure product is loaded tightly to maximize space and to limit overall in transit damage to product
• Maintain efficiency and overall productivity to limit the recirculation of product
• Meet minimum productivity expectations
• Maintain a safe & clean workspace at all times

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated to seek work.
• Ability to complete assignments in time allotted.
• Ability to work effectively, in a professional environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (until work is done)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to bend and twist frequently.
• Must have ability to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
