You'll get to:Cycle counts raw materials, WIP, finished goods, consignment, and non-conforming materials to maintain established count and accuracy goalsReview SAP transactions to resolve inventory discrepanciesReport inventory shortage adjustments to scheduling and/or purchasing to avoid production delays and customer backorders.Root cause analysis and reconciliation of the count discrepanciesCreate monthly inventory and root cause analysis reportsAttend meetings and follow-through with dispositioningMaintain item and location labeling using 5S visual managementAssist in preparation of physical inventoriesAssist in the implementation of improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, minimize costs and maximize working capitalDrive a forklift or other powered industrial trucks to perform tasks as assignedPerform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.You always strive to do a good job…but wouldn't it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? You also have:High school diploma/GED required.1-year experience in warehouse environment preferredDemonstrate basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to apply problem solving skillsExperience with cycle counting and/or inventory movements.Ability to communicate verbally and/or in written form effectively.Excellent math skills and ability to read/write in English.Able to work with minimum supervisionKnowledge of SAP and Webdynpro systems preferred.Previous experience driving a forklift or similar powered industrial truck within a warehouse preferredMust possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills.Schedule flexibility.
