Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.SHIFT/SCHEDULE: This role operates on the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Sunday Night – Friday Morning, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM. Some weekends/overtime depending on business needs.ONBOARDING SCHEDULE: To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.Position SummaryAs an Operator, you'll help make the world-class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You'll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry-level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. No matter the task, your work helps make sure every item that leaves the line is something we're proud of. This role will support our Blending Department.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production equipmentLoad, unload, clean, and adjust machineryPerform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenanceAccurately measure and scale ingredientsComplete quality checks and record dataKeep your work area cleanFollows safety rules, SOP's and cGMP guidelinesPerforms other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse workAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shiftSkillsBasic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)Comfortable using computers or tabletsAble to read, write, and understand EnglishBasic math and mechanical understandingStrong attention to detailTeam-oriented and dependableComfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergensThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $23.00*. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
