Eugene offers abundant access to parks, trails, and natural beauty, along with a vibrant arts and food scene, creating an engaging and lifestyle-oriented community for employees and their families.ResponsibilitiesAs HR Manager at our Eugene manufacturing facility, you will shape the employee experience and partner with plant leadership to translate business priorities into practical people strategies. Your work will help foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing environment where employees and leaders can grow and thrive.You will lead a broad range of human resources initiatives, from talent acquisition and workforce planning to employee relations, development, compliance, benefits, and HR reporting.
