Must have a strong background in warehouse operations, proven leadership experience, and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to driving success.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and short-haul transportationCoordinate tasks and staffing to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and on-time operationsTrain, mentor, and oversee warehouse team members, ensuring adherence to proper handling procedures, inventory practices, and safety standardsManage the establishment, maintenance, and accuracy of inventory records, ensuring proper tracking of all inbound and outbound goodsPromote and enforce strong warehouse safety practices, continually enhancing personnel and property safety awarenessMonitor and optimize warehouse layouts, space utilization, and processes for maximum efficiencyUtilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and other tools to track, analyze, and report on warehouse performanceEnsure all operations align with company safety, quality, and productivity standardsPerform other duties as assigned by leadershipQualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent experience preferredMinimum of 5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics workflowsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platformsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsSolid understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practicesIlluminate USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
