Requirements
Applicants must have one of the following Pennsylvania licenses :

• Licensed Professional Counselor ( LPC )
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW )
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ( LMFT )
  • Licensed Psychologist

An LSW with extensive outpatient experience or those with a bilingual skill may be considered.

Additional requirements:

• Master's degree in a human services or related field
  • Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
  • Ability to obtain required clearances:

• PA State Police Criminal History Check
• PA Child Abuse History Clearance
• FBI Clearance through the Department of Human Services

Part-Time School-Based Therapist (Licensed)

Lancaster, PA | 6-12 Hours Per Week | Flexible Daytime Schedule

Pennsylvania Counseling Services / LiveUp Counseling is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Therapist to provide school-based outpatient mental health services at a private K-12 school in Lancaster, PA .

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist looking for flexible daytime hours that align with a school schedule .

Many clinicians in this role are parents of school-aged children who want to continue practicing therapy while maintaining a schedule that works for family life.

Position Overview

The School-Based Outpatient Therapist provides individual outpatient therapy to students in grades K-12 within a supportive private school setting.

Sessions take place during the school day , allowing therapists to maintain a predictable schedule without evenings or late clinic hours.

This role typically involves:

• 6-12 hours per week
  • 2-3 days per week
  • A few hours per day during school hours

This position is a 1099 independent contractor role, with reimbursement ranging from $55-$72 per hour.
