Quality Manager\n\nTimpl has partnered with a global automotive parts company and is seeking for\na Quality Manager\n\n\nPosition Summary\nLead, manage and coordinate the Production Quality Assurance, Quality Control,\nSupplier Quality, CKD and measuring equipment planning and gage management\nactivities to meet company and customer expectations. Responsible for the\nplant's Production and Gauge related Quality System to ensure compliance to\ncustomer requirements and company goals. Assure quality production through\nsupplier control by implementing effective incoming inspection and feedback of\ninternal and external quality issues to suppliers. Monitor trends and require\ncorrective measures. Drive plant quality efforts through strong leadership, data\ndriven decisions, and consistent application.\n\n\nEducation \nHigh School/GED\n4 Year Degree or comparable background of work related experience\n\n\nPosition Requirements and Qualifications\n7 - 10 years job related experience\n3 - 5 years of supervision\n\n\nSoftware Skills Required\n * MS-Excel\n * MS-PowerPoint \n * MS-Word\n * MS-Outlook\n * SAP\n * VAATZ\n * ADP\n * Department Specific Software as required\n\n\nOther Information\n * Position may require domestic or international travel.\n * Flexibility in working hours to include nights, weekends and holidays as\n required.\n * OT required as needed.\n * Must be available to rotate to other shifts as needed.\n * Tier-1 Automotive (transmission) experience preferred.\n * Cross Cultural Experience is preferred
