About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Tax Investor Coverage to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing long-term client relationships with tax and finance leaders at large corporations, particularly those involved in tax credit investing. This role is pivotal in shaping and influencing the company's tax credit buyer strategy, and the ideal candidate will be a trusted expert in the market, capable of building new relationships and serving as a strategic advisor. The role also involves managing a team of junior professionals, contributing to the development of new offerings, and ensuring that clients receive maximum benefit from the company's technology platform. A strong background in tax, accounting, legal practice, or tax-advantaged investing, with a proven track record of client relationship management, is essential. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have at least 14 years' of experience in a relevant field and be comfortable with a high level of autonomy and flexibility in a rapid-growth environment. The role requires a candidate with unrivaled relationship-building skills, a strong collaborative and team-oriented approach, and the ability to mentor and develop junior team members. The ideal candidate will be excited about the prospect of working in a remote-first, high-growth, and high-ownership culture, and should be willing to travel as needed. A background in renewable tax credits and a willingness to obtain the necessary FINRA licenses under the company's sponsorship are also key requirements.
