Avantara Evergreen Park is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Evergreen Park.

We are currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time CNAs across all three shifts:

• AM Shift: 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
• PM Shift: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM
• NOC Shift: 10:30 PM–6:30 AM

Requirements

• Active Illinois CNA certification
• Must be in good standing on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Newer CNAs are encouraged to apply
