Caregiver

Job Description

Brookdale is looking for Caregivers who will provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each senior with respect and dignity. Caregivers will assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, personal care, and help with household chores such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes. Engagement with residents through meaningful conversations and attentive care is essential. Depending on state regulation, completion of training or certification may be required.

Base pay range will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
