RN Registered Nurse

RN (Registered Nurse - Cancer Center - Up to $74.20/ HourInterim HealthCare Staffing is seeking RNs to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals working in a Cancer Center. These RN's will play a critical role in assisting patients and creating successful outcomes by triaging calls per protocol and coordinating follow up patient care.Schedule: Clinic is open Monday-Friday. Assignment 1 is Tuesday-Friday 8a-4:30p. Assignment 2 is 8:30a-5p with either Tuesday or Wednesday offPay: $66.60 to $74.20 per hour (depending on experience).Location: Assignment 1 is in Burnsville, MN, Assignment 2 is in St. Louis Park, MNJob Responsibilities:Document notes in EMR system - EPIC.Working within the EPIC-inbasket system to monitor and triage patient calls from the call centerResponding to messages and responding to patients in a timely mannerMonitor results from labs and routine scansAssisting with rooming of patients when neededAssist with insurance and prior authorization monitoringNO chemo or IV'sJob Requirements:Must have an active RN license in the state of MN.One year or more of our patient clinic experience, oncology experience is a bonusCurrent BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained. *On-line BLS certification is not acceptableDemonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spellingDemonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptionsExperience with EPIC in-baskets is preferable.Benefits:Locally Owned and OperatedCompetitive PayAccrued Paid Time OffHealth, Dental, and Vision Coverage Available for Full-Time (32+ hrs/wk)Company Overview:Interim Healthcare is America's leading provider of home care, hospice, and healthcare staffing.
