OverviewSenior Project Manager - Structural (Buildings)MSA is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Structural to lead building structure projects serving municipalities and public-sector clients. This role focuses on municipal facilities, water and wastewater treatment structures, waterfront infrastructure, parks & recreation facilities, and tank design — projects that communities depend on every day.This is a leadership position for someone who doesn’t just manage schedules — you drive outcomes, guide teams, steward financial performance, and build long-term client relationships.If you’re ready to take full ownership of complex structural building projects from pursuit through closeout, this is your platform. That means when you join our team, you’re not just doing a job — you’re building your legacy and sharing in the success of the firm.A Culture of Mentorship and Collaboration: Work alongside a talented, cross-disciplinary team that values mentorship, professional development, and team success.A flex time program that empowers you to manage your schedule — because life doesn’t always fit inside 9 to 5A flexible work environment, including hybrid and remote options where possible, to support your productivity and well-beingResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll LeadProject & Client LeadershipYou are accountable for the full project lifecycle:PursuitLead proposal development and statements of qualificationsEvaluate Go/No-Go decisions with leadershipParticipate in marketing and business development strategyInitiation & PlanningDefine scope, WBS, budgets, and schedulesDevelop Project Management Plans (PMP) and QA/QC strategiesAssemble and align internal and external project teamsEstablish stakeholder engagement strategiesExecutionLead internal and external kickoff meetingsFacilitate client meetings and agency coordinationOversee milestone delivery and document qualityReview complex technical documentation and calculationsStamp/certify deliverables when licensedMonitoring & ControllingTrack WIP, budget vs. actuals, scope, and scheduleManage invoicing and receivablesIdentify scope creep and secure amendmentsManage ERP entries, resource allocation, and approvalsCloseoutEnsure all commitments are metDocument lessons learnedCapture marketing success storiesConfirm and document client satisfactionQualificationsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field10+ years of relevant Project Management experience (9 with advanced degree; 11 if unlicensed)Professional licensure required (PE and or SE license preferred)Completion of MSA’s internal PM training or equivalentStrong command of project financials (WIP, billings, budget vs. actual)Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-disciplinary projectsExperience negotiating scope, budget amendments, and sensitive financial discussionsAdvanced communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to mentor and lead high-performing teamsThe selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
