As a Site Supervisor, you'll be a key player in overseeing construction projects and making sure they're done on time and within budget. What You'll Do Every Day:

Run and supervise construction projects from start to finish
Work with subcontractors and vendors to get materials on time
Check work sites to make sure they meet safety rules
Look over blueprints and specs
Estimate project costs and make budgets

Skills You Need:

Experience in construction management
Ability to read blueprints
Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Good at preventive maintenance and general repair
Great communication and leadership skills

Skills That Would Be Nice to Have:

OSHA certification
Experience minimum 5 Years in Ground Up Projects
Background in engineering, architecture or construction managemenet
Know-how in procurement and quality control processes
Experience with inspections and specs

Salary:

Minimum Salary: $73,630.00
Maximum Salary: $95,000.00
