The Diabetes Wellness Center in Talihina is seeking a Regular, full-time Diabetes Educator (RN) to rotate between nursing and diabetes education duties. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm. Pay grade 13, hourly, dependent on experience. You will provide diabetes self-management education, comprehensive patient assessments, CGM education, and documentation in the EHR, reporting to the department Manager.
