Leadership is seeking a pragmatic, commercially focused Human Resources professional who understands how to build fit-for-purpose processes that enable growth rather than create bureaucracy. Job Description Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Human Resources Manager will lead both the strategic and operational Human Resources agenda across a growing portfolio of businesses. The successful Senior Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in building scalable infrastructure while supporting continued organizational growth. Develop and lead the Human Resources function as a strategic partner to executive leadership Design and implement compensation structures, performance management frameworks, workforce planning initiatives, and retention programmes Lead Human Resources due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition integration activities Build and standardize policies, onboarding programmes, employee lifecycle processes, and organizational structures across multiple entities Oversee Human Resources compliance activities including employee relations, benefits administration, and year-end reporting requirements Partner closely with operational leaders on workforce challenges, employee engagement, investigations, and organizational effectiveness Lead, coach, and develop the Human Resources and payroll team while ensuring operational excellence across core Human Resources processes The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline Minimum seven years of progressive Human Resources experience with increasing levels of responsibility Proven experience building Human Resources processes, frameworks, and infrastructure within a growing organization Experience supporting multi-site, multi-entity, industrial, construction, field-services, manufacturing, engineering, or similar operational environments Demonstrated merger and acquisition due diligence and integration experience Strong knowledge of employee relations, compensation, performance management, compliance, and organizational development Experience managing or overseeing payroll processes and Human Resources Information Systems Professional certification such as SHRM Certified Professional, SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Professional in Human Resources, or Senior Professional in Human Resources preferred Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operational leaders Hands-on, builder mentality with the ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment What's On Offer Opportunity to build and shape the Human Resources function during a significant growth phase High visibility role with direct access to executive leadership Exposure to acquisition activity, integration projects, and strategic business initiatives Significant influence on organizational design, culture, talent strategy, and workforce planning Collaborative leadership team committed to investing in people and scalable growth Competitive salary and bonus package Comprehensive benefits programme Long-term career progression opportunities within a growing platform Contact Quote job ref: JN-082026-7087617 #J-18808-Ljbffr
