Stage Manager

Stage Manager – Venue Production The Stage Manager assists the Venue Production Manager on the day of show production needs, managing load‑in, show execution, and load‑out while ensuring venue safety and standards. Key Responsibilities Communicate event details to production crew and all relevant in‑house departments. Lead and supervise production crew, stagehands, and other venue production staff. Ensure the touring load‑in, performance, and load‑out of band and rental equipment are completed safely and on schedule. Delegate tasks within the production department and to stagehands as required. Report major updates or issues to the Production Manager. Enforce all in‑house staging, safety, and show protocol policies. Assist venue audio and lighting technicians as needed. Qualifications Required: 3+ years of tour and stage production experience; experience with stage lighting, pro‑audio systems, and basic video systems. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and make clear, concise decisions with limited information. Strong attention to detail, time‑management, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills. Self‑management and delegation capability. Basic knowledge of audio, lighting, and rigging. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs; work in an environment with moderate to loud noise level. Preferred: College degree. Physical Demands / Working Environment Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
