Bilingual Shop Helper / Warehouse Worker
We are seeking a dependable Bilingual Shop Helper / Warehouse Worker to assist with daily shop and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is comfortable working in an industrial environment and willing to help wherever needed.
Job Duties:
- Assist shop employees with daily production and general labor tasks
- Load and unload materials, parts, and equipment
- Move, stage, organize, and stock materials throughout the warehouse
- Pick and prepare materials for jobs and orders
- Use basic hand and power tools as needed
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties
- Maintain a clean and organized shop and warehouse
- Perform lifting, carrying, cleanup, and other physical labor
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Communicate instructions between English- and Spanish-speaking employees as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Previous warehouse, shop, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Dependable transportation and good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Must be safety-conscious and willing to work in a hands-on environment
