Responsibilities Support the design process for assigned category from concept to final product. Maintain all style and design information in Centric PLM. Collaborate with sales, senior design, and merchandising teams to conceptualize and develop new product ideas. Create design presentations and product specifications for new product lines using the PLM system. Research and stay up‑to‑date on trends in the industry. Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for products using the PLM system. Collaborate with vendors to ensure that products are manufactured to specification. Participate in fit sessions to ensure that products meet design and quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in fashion design, textiles, product design, or a related field. 4+ years of professional design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with PLM systems is mandatory. Experience in mass‑market and licensed brands is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Portfolio of relevant design work is required. Compensation Salary range: $32,000 – $42,000 USD per year. Compensation packages include competitive benefits and participation in an annual bonus program (non‑sales) or commission program (sales).
