Restaurant Supervisor

We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about developing people while delivering outstanding service.
This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant General Manager.
- Coach, motivate, and support the front-of-house team throughout each shift.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
- Monitor service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
- Support training and onboarding of new team members.
- Help manage labor, staffing levels, and shift execution.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture built on accountability and respect.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of restaurant leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
