Position Description We are looking for a motivated, top‑notch Teammate Experience Ambassador who wants to be part of a stellar team and deliver exceptional results. The role is a self‑starter with strong attention to detail, covering our centers in the Greater Texas area. Job Title: Teammate Experience Ambassador Department: People Services Reports to: Manager of Teammate Experience Duties & Responsibilities Partner with all ABC Teammates, including ABA therapists, Operations Managers, Clinical Directors, and leaders to provide ongoing support, coaching, and guidance on all things related to Teammate Experience. Responsible for teammate attraction, engagement, and retention. Create connections to increase communication and understanding of the ABC value proposition. Meet KPIs related to teammate retention in the region. Support and drive teammate engagement; create connections, evaluate centers, and develop center‑level insights. Establish action plans and project‑manage center‑based interventions alongside leadership. Monitor center trends and proactively develop broader interventions to increase engagement and retention. Implement short‑ and long‑range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitor and evaluate programmatic and operational effectiveness and effect changes required for improvement. Respond to teammate‑relations inquiries in the territory (e.g., HR investigations, concerns, conflict resolution, performance management, team development). Listen and use high EQ skills to resolve concerns on the spot, impacting workplace happiness and engagement. Support the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and programs to minimize and mediate workplace disputes and foster a positive, productive work environment. Manage HR teammate related functions, ensuring services to patient departments are effective, cohesive, and consistent with departmental and institutional needs. Assist with administration of insurance, retirement, and other benefits programs; respond to inquiries and evaluate and recommend improvements to employer‑sponsored benefits. Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned. Spend 75% of time in centers, traveling between local centers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Human Resources or related field and 1+ years of HR experience, including a leadership role related to policies and compliance. Candidate must be located in the DFW/Fort Worth region. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to centers and reliable transportation. Critical Traits Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies. Critical thinking; ability to develop broad, holistic insights to drive retention and engagement. Skill in examining and interpreting policy implementation to understand impact on teammates and business. Foster a cooperative work environment and collaborate as an HR strategic partner. Knowledge of contemporary HR principles and public personnel practices. Analyze and assess training and development needs. Knowledge of computerized HR information systems. Navigate employee relations concerns, monitor performance management implementation, and drive employee development. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Support process improvement on all People Services initiatives.
