Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.
• Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
• Conduct the Bath Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
• Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
• Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
• Position would be commission based, leads would be provided, no cold calling required.

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail
• Computer and smartphone proficient
• Highly motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Plus, if you have prior knowledge in the Home Remodeling industry
• Plus, if you have prior experience using a CRM system to manage customers and proposal
