Now Hiring: Concierge at Azura Living - Fox Point, WI. Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a difference and be the welcoming face of our community? Azura Living in Fox Point is seeking a compassionate and friendly Concierge to join our team.

Schedule: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, three days per week and Tuesday's from 8:00AM-4:00PM.

As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, you'll help create the warm, inviting atmosphere that makes Azura feel like home.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and kindness
• Take and deliver messages to team members
• Provide information regarding the community, directions, and services
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
• Assist with clerical tasks including filing, faxing, photocopying, and data entry
• Help maintain the front lobby and coffee bar area
• Support the team with additional duties as needed

Position Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, (1) year of experience in a clerical position, possess a pleasant speaking voice and demeanor, must be able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
