Skechers is looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Loss Prevention Manager to lead loss prevention efforts across multiple store locations in your market. You'll play a critical role in protecting company assets, reducing shrink, and building a culture of accountability and safety. Salary Range: 100,000.00 - 115,000.00 Car Allowance Mileage Benefits**What You'll Do*** **Lead & Execute** programs to reduce inventory and controllable losses across assigned locations* **Investigate** internal and external theft, bringing cases to successful resolution* **Audit & Analyze** store procedures using exception-based reporting and compliance reviews* **Partner & Communicate** with store, district, regional, and corporate teams to drive organizational goals* **Optimize Security Controls** to prevent shrinkage and ensure associate safety* **Manage Prosecution & Restitution** procedures to maximize recovery for the company**What We're Looking For*** Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience* **5–8 years** of retail loss prevention experience, with at least **2 years** in a multi-store supervisory role* **W-Z Interview Certification Required** *(CFI designation preferred)** Advanced knowledge of shrinkage controls, security systems, and POS/inventory exception reporting* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality* General computer proficiency* Must be comfortable with **60–70% travel****Why Skechers?**At Skechers, we're more than just a shoe company — we're a global brand built on innovation, teamwork, and growth.
