What We Offer Aggressive Pay Plans – Competitive flat‑rate options with strong earning potential Air‑Conditioned Shop – Clean, climate‑controlled environment Multiple Working Bays – Efficient workflow with the space and equipment you need High Volume = Consistent Work – No shortage of repair orders Paid Training & OEM Certification Support – Grow your skills and income Clear Career Path & Advancement Opportunities – Express to Main Shop, Main Shop to Master/Team Lead Great Work‑Life Balance – Stable schedule with management that values your time Full Benefits Package – Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more Responsibilities Diagnose issues based on experience, analysis, and testing Perform routine service inspections or tests and complete standard maintenance jobs Repair automobiles and light trucks as assigned Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards Help maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensure the shop runs efficiently by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions Follow all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules Attend all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Post‑secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience Two years of dealer‑level or large facility experience preferred ASE certification (or willing to obtain certification) Virginia State Inspection License (or willing to obtain license) Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record Able to drive both automatic and standard‑transmission vehicles Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Highly professional and dependable Safety and customer service‑oriented Basic computer and internet skills Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Physical Demands This is an in‑person position and your attendance is required to maintain employment.
