Travel Med Surg/Tele RN Travel Med Surg/Tele RN Role: Provides high-quality patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units, assessing health conditions, monitoring cardiac data, and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. Responsibilities: Explain procedures to patients, administer medications, conduct assessments, prepare patients for diagnostics, maintain a safe environment, document patient information, advocate for patient needs, facilitate discharge planning, and adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills: One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS certification; preferred NIHSS and ACLS certifications. Must have critical thinking, communication, technical, physical, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and work effectively with diverse teams.
