Production Operator (Poly Prep) Vancouver, WA Job Description The Production Operator role is an entry-level position focused on processing silicon for semiconductor wafer manufacturing. This position requires adherence to detailed procedures and accurate documentation, using manual tools such as hammers, scales, barcode scanners, and a PC. The role involves working a 10-hour day shift, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime. Responsibilities Follow complex procedures and complete documentation without defects. Operate manual tools like hammers, scales, and barcode scanners. Ensure equipment and area cleanliness to meet clean room and 5S standards. Lift and exert force between 10–20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Understand and follow all safety regulations and use Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Perform daily calibrations for process tools and ensure compliance with specifications. Monitor and verify data and processes to meet quality standards. Work well as part of a cohesive production team. Perform tasks involving hand/wrist dexterity, standing, walking, and frequent use of stairs. Essential Skills Ability to work around hazardous chemicals. Strong attention to detail and time management. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and compute percentages using a calculator. Use of computer keyboard for data input, tracking materials, and email communication. Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English. Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic math and computer skills. Ability to multitask and manage time well. Ability to work well with others. Why Work Here?
