Quality Inspector

Quality Control Specialist positions available in the Bristol, Indiana area.


These are temp to hire positions located at our client location who is an industry leader. First shift opportunities with a pay range of $22-$23 an hour. Hours will be 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with some OT. The Quality Control Specialist ensures products meet established quality standards through inspections, testing, and collaboration with production teams. This role identifies and resolves quality issues, maintains accurate records, supports continuous improvement, and helps ensure consistent product quality.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Quality Control Specialist:
-Perform product inspections and quality testing.
-Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues.
-Partner with production teams to maintain quality standards.
-Maintain accurate inspection and testing records.
-Train employees on quality control procedures.
-Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to management.
-Support cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.
