Ambulatory Care Pharmacist - MTM & Outcomes Specialist

JobRx, Inc. is seeking an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist in New Providence, NJ. The role involves providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care services, including managing drug therapy and patient education. Candidates must possess a Pharm D, complete PGY-1 and PGY-2 residencies, and hold a New Jersey Pharmacy License. This hybrid position requires in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with flexibility in working hours from 8 am to 5:30 pm.
