Opportunity for CRNA to join care team model at nonprofit Christiana Care, Union Hospital based in Elkton, MD. Licensed for 75 beds, this innovative facility combines the latest technology and a supportive atmosphere to offer advanced, effective care for treating and preventing disease. Building on its 110-year history of service, the full-service hospital is committed to providing the people of Cecil County, MD, and neighboring communities in southern Pennsylvania and Delaware with high-quality, personalized healthcare. Case Assignments & Schedule Schedule: 8's and 10's General surgery, urology, and endo
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements Current license as a registered professional nurse Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
