We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join the Weill Cornell Psychological Center team. Key Responsibilities\nAs an LMFT at Weill Cornell Psychological Center, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. \n
- Specialize in addressing a broad range of familial and relational issues, including, but not limited to: \n
- Alcohol abuse \n
- Physical and psychological abuse \n
- Grief and loss issues \n
- Family conflicts, including sibling disputes \n
- Job-related stress and medical issues \n
- Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce \n
- Challenges in blended families, including remarriage \n
- Mother/daughter conflicts \n
- Communication difficulties within families \n
- Utilize innovative treatment methodologies in both telehealth and traditional in-person settings, fostering a comfortable environment for clients. \n
- Document progress thoroughly and maintain compliance with state and ethical guidelines. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and refine treatment approaches. \n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population including adults and adolescents. Your expertise in handling complex familial dynamics will be pivotal in guiding clients towards resolutions, enhancing their understanding of their relationships and improving their mental health outcomes.
Qualifications\nSuccessful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

- Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
