Job Details

This CDL A Driver position in Thurmont, Maryland pays $30 per hour. You will make local deliveries of building materials to new-home construction sites and return home daily. This TransForce driving opportunity includes support from the TransForce team.

This role requires unloading and the ability to handle heavy delivery loads.

Pay & Schedule

• $30 per hour
• Estimated $1500 per week
• Home daily in Thurmont, Maryland
• Start time: 5:00 AM

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate a day cab with a 48-foot dry van trailer.
• Deliver windows, doors, cabinets, trim, and other building materials to construction sites.
• Unload materials at designated job-site locations with assistance from on-site helpers.
• Communicate delivery ETAs with project managers and dispatch.
• Upload delivery photos for proof of delivery and damage documentation.

What You Need

• Valid CDL A
• 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to perform the physical demands of a heavy-load delivery position
