Supply Chain Analyst

Duration: 12 months+ Contract with high possibility of extension!!! Pay rate: $35-37/hr Note: ONSITE role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role supports demand planning, inventory management, master data governance, and supply chain operations within a dynamic medical device environment. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, analyzing planning and inventory performance, supporting business systems and integration initiatives, and assisting with day-to-day planning and purchasing activities. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, procurement, or related analytical roles. Experience working with inventory management, inventory reconciliation, receiving processes, and transaction accuracy. Experience supporting ERP systems (SAP is a plus), planning tools, or business system implementations is preferred. Experience in a manufacturing, life sciences or medical device environment is preferred. Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and purchasing processes. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Understanding of how Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Commercial, and IT functions interact within a medical device company. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with data analysis tools. Experience with ERP and supply planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, OMP, or equivalent platforms is a plus.
