Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of hematologic conditions, including anemia, clotting disorders.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology or Hematology/Oncology
• Active Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain one
