In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement. The Basics Location: Swedesboro, NJ (Onsite) Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Multiple shifts available Day Shifts
- Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Thursday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday–Tuesday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Sunday–Wednesday | Sun 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Mon 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM | Tues 8:00
- Maintain cleanliness of lab workspaces and production areas
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- Organize and store compounding equipment and supplies
- Monitor inventory of cleaning and lab materials
- Distribute equipment and supplies to compounding teams
- Ensure equipment is functioning and ready for production
- Report maintenance or servicing needs when identified
- Help maintain a safe, contamination-free lab environment
- Support pharmacy teams in maintaining quality and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stay organized and maintain structured routines
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
