Salary: $90,000 - 115,000 per year Requirements:

• We require working knowledge of the software or systems development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• We seek experience supporting functional testing, system testing, user acceptance testing, or defect resolution.
• We need strong analytical, facilitation, written communication, and presentation skills.
• We want the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and business needs to technical teams.
• We need the ability to independently manage tasks, priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables in a customer-focused environment.
• We require proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and process-mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• An active federal security clearance is highly preferred, and candidates without an active clearance must be able to obtain and maintain the clearance required for the position.
• A bachelors degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business administration, management information systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant professional experience, training, and certifications may be considered in place of a degree, subject to applicable contract requirements.
• Experience supporting the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, or another federal agency is desired.
• Experience identifying, assessing, or implementing robotic process automation, workflow automation, business process automation, or test automation is desired.
• Experience with UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, ServiceNow, Appian, Automation Anywhere, or similar low-code/no-code technologies is desired.
• UiPath Business Analyst, Automation Business Analyst, developer, testing, or related certification is desired.
• Experience developing process definition documents, process design documents, solution design documents, requirements traceability matrices, or automation opportunity assessments is desired.
• Familiarity with application programming interfaces, databases, system interfaces, data structures, and integration concepts is desired.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, systems engineering, or another iterative delivery methodology is desired.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, GitLab, or similar requirements and development-management tools is desired.
• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity, information-assurance, records-management, or data-handling requirements is desired.

• We facilitate customer interviews, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, process reviews, and solution demonstrations.
• We analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and systems integration.
• We document current-state and future-state processes using process maps, Process Definition Documents, Solution Design Documents, and similar artifacts.
• We assess process volumes, cycle times, error rates, labor effort, complexity, and related metrics to evaluate automation feasibility, expected benefits, and potential return on investment.
• We develop functional and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
• We coordinate with developers, automation engineers, testers, and functional users throughout solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
• We identify system interfaces, data requirements, dependencies, exception conditions, security considerations, and operational impacts.
• We support functional testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, deployment, customer training, and post-implementation evaluation.
• We contribute to low-code or no-code workflows, automation solutions, business rules, and related system components.
• We maintain effective communication among customer stakeholders, project leadership, and technical delivery teams.
