Phlebotomist II Float – North Andover, MA Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including rotational weekends. Phlebotomist II Float role includes drawing blood samples from patients in a variety of patient service centers and doctor’s offices. You’ll cover multiple sites, ensuring high‑quality specimens and accurate billing, while coaching and mentoring new team members. Pay Pay range: $23.06 – $25.48 per hour, based on skills, training, and experience. Eligible for annual performance bonus. Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing. Collect specimens for procedures such as drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams. Enter billing information and collect payment when required. Coach, mentor, instruct and serve as resource advisor for new staff; act as point of contact to on‑site personnel and provide input to group lead or supervisor. Travel to additional doctor’s offices or patient service center sites as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada and Washington. Three years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections. Minimum two years in a patient service center environment preferred. Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience. Effective communication in English.
