Position Details: From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing! Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Training Classes Begins September and October 2026! Work at home (View email address on click.appcast.io) requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed. Shift options are 11:30-8pm EST, 12:30-9pm EST, or 1:30-10 EST. 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
