Full-Time Day Custodian

Day Custodian PositionDistrict 27 is looking for a highly-organized, professional, and driven individual to serve as a day custodian in an elementary school district. Northbrook School District 27 is a professional learning community made up of approximately 1,300 students across three school buildings educating students to succeed in a changing world.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalentCertificate of good health signed by a licensed physicianPreferred candidates will have at least two years of school custodial experience.The starting pay rate range for this position is $16.50 - $22.00 per hour, with the higher rates for candidates with previous experience working in a public school. This is a 12-month position with a 260 working day calendar. Benefits include 16 sick days, 3 personal days, access to shared cost medical and dental plans, term life insurance, and long term disability coverage. Ten vacation days are also included for years 1-4, building up to 20 days in year ten.
