We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will assist in the manufacturing, packaging, and quality inspection of scented wax products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, works well in a team, and is committed to producing high-quality products while meeting daily production goals.

Manufacturing Associate Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 16.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 04:00pm to 12:00am)

• Operate and monitor production equipment used to manufacture scented wax products.
• Pour, mold, package, and label scented wax products according to company standards.
• Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and packaging accuracy.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals.
• Accurately measure and handle raw materials and fragrances.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
• Restock production materials and supplies as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Frequently stand and walk for 812 hour shifts.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Work in a warehouse environment with exposure to fragrances, machinery, and varying temperatures.
